WL-COM Miguel This company sold me equipment to get their internet service. However, several months later the equipment is not working properly and after several appointments they still have not shown up to fix it

This company installed equipment on my home to acquire their internet signal. After several months it quit working and after several appointments waiting at home for them to come and reconnect my service they are now ignoring me. I have made several calls to their office in Tijuana and asked for the owner Miguel to call me. Gabriela the office manager only says he is out or busy.

I do not recommend this company any longer. They have terrible customer service. I will be filing a complaint with the Mexican government agency PROFECO which protects consumers in Mexico.

If you have a choice don't go with WLCOM in Tijuana. They have terrible customer service.
