Ripoff-I have never visited this so called site, & never on the computer after 10PM, at 3:09am-4:45 am billed 484.11 & ph bill of 126.00

I recieved a bill for 484.11, for calls on 5/12/03 between 3:09 to4:45, also on my phone bill I was charged 126.00 for the same calls.
I have never visited this site. I work 10 hour days, so at 10:00pm I'm asleep & leave by 6:30am. I do have broadband & up until this had happened I had always left my computer on.

I contacted my telephone company as soon as this bill showed up, but they had no record. Now on my next bill I recieve a charge for the same calls through the long distance, which I do not have long distance & have a block not to use it.

When I called the telephone number printed on the bill, it request that you go to the web site, other than that you have to correspond by mail to PO Box 923299, Norcross, GA to dispute the charges, and must be within 60days of invoice date, which is for 5/12/03, not when it was sent to me. The post mark on envelope is 5/19/03 & I recieved it on 5/22/03.

This is totaly a Rip-ff (censored)& something needs to be done to protect consumers. I have never given my phone number out over the web, so how could they have gotten it? My guess is that they just bill what ever number they can & see if they will pay.

How can I dispute something that never happened, if at all possible I would really like to speak to a person, I will not go to the web site listed as it will more than likely bill me again.

This will be fought, as I have contacted my telephone company & they are sending the info that states that I have blocked long distance from my account.

I used to leave my computer on all the time, I now turn it off if I'm not right there, as I feel that my privacy was invaded & violated.
