Phone contact with AT&T at 1-800-222-0300 regarding Alyon Technologies on October 28
I made a complaint to a representative at AT&T long distance. My complaint was that a minor was able to access an adult web site without a credit card and without proper adult identification. T
He operator was familiar with the 245 exchange number being an adult website number. Even though I have a 900 and 976 block on my phone line it did not stop the call from going through. I asked her to have a supervisor call me back. I wanted the supervisor to explain to me how this could happen. I also wanted the AT&T supervisor to tell me what else could be done to prevent this from happening in the future.
No supervisor called me back. On my long distance bill of November 16 I was billed for two calls to Union City, New Jersey (201) 553-4710. It showed the calls being made at 10:34 pm PST and 10:38pm PST on October 13. Total charge to my AT&T bill was $1.65 for 33 minutes.
This is how Alyon Technologies connected up to the International number to Guinneau Bisseau 245 number. Of course Alyon Technologies of Norcross Georgia charged me $162.
AT&T long distance is either part of the problem or part of the solution. I believe they may have colluded with Alyon Technologies to allow this to happen. They must have known about the Union City, New Jersey (201) 553-4710 connection as part of this "censored".
I also believe this was a violation of the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) law on "Slamming".
