Ripoff Physically ill Mentally stressed from customer service I asked if the fax machine sat directly over a garbage can and was reassured that was not the case and someone did actually read them. Nationwide

It is 4:34 pm and I have been waiting now for a direcway.com customer service person to take my call for so long my ear and shoulder are cramping. I am sooo sick of this.

My email hasn't worked for a while now, consistently that is. Some of my friends report that when they send me email it is returned to them. Also, for two months I couldn't send 5 of my contacts email. Direcway said they were bad addresses. Not True!

The current problem has been going on for about a week now. Direcway.com says that I am entering the wrong password. (I didnt change it, so..) I called yesterday and it miraculously worked after me waiting to speak to someone for over two hours. I am not exagerating (who by the way COULD NOT SPEAK ENGLISH.)

The woman must be the only person they have working because I get her every time. When I asked to speak to a superviser she said that she had no supervisor and she couldn't transfer me to anyone else. Her phone didn't do that.

Well I just got Henry's help and we may have solved the problem of me getting my email, for now. We'll see. Henry was very helpful but totally baffled by the returned emails that my friends are sending to me and getting back. He said he would note it in his daily reports. I got a fax number that dissatisfied customers are supposed to use 954-720-4075. I asked Henry if the fax machine sat directly over a garbage can and he reassured me that was not the case and someone did actually read them.
