I purchased a soap making kit on Sept 1. My bank account was charged for the purchase on Sept 2. It is now the 24th of Septgember and I have yet to receive my products. There have 5 emails to both Crabapple Soap Co and AKA Soapmakers Garden requesting an update on my purchase. They charged me $124. And change for the products, shipping and tax. I have a small business and cannot afford to do business with people like this. Their phone has been disconnected and not one person has responded to my emails. Guess I have been added to the fools list. Beware of this company... They take your money and never send you the product... Time to move on.
