Terrible Soap

The "new and improved" soap that is all throughout the hospital I work in is horrible. I wash my hands very frequently and this soap is terrible. The old formula made the soap have bubbles and actually stayed on your hand and creat lather, whereas the new product does not creat a lather and slides off the hands with and without water. I handle body fluids all day and this soap is not doing the job. If people have to use 4 or 5 squirts of soap to try to wash hands and then it slides off down the drain and you have to start over and attempt to lather, it's a waste of product and time. Thanks.
