False Time Lines

December i hired 2 advanced studios to preform the design of website called vinduvin. Work began on the project right after the new year and a time line was delivered on March 11 - project completion June 1st. (3 months) i did not recieve the complete product until Febuary 12.

I have 100's emails demanding the product for months after the proposed delivery date, countless voice-mails and a fax to 2 advanced studios and Tony Novak. They, in fact, ruined my startup operation because of these missed time lines which cost me alot of money but i am beyond that now.

I am here to inform the public that this company is a scrupulous bunch of crooks with false time tables on delivery and due to a contract that i signed with them was only able to force arbitration. Only when i did threaten arbitration (Late August) did they budge to complete the project and deliver the website. I hired an outside attorney to along with the company attorney (to avoid the conflict of interest aspect) to force their hand and complete the work. 2 months of cat and mouse games and attempting to get them on the phone it was clear to me that they were delaying the project. I can speculate that it is directly related to me filing a law suit against one of their business partners for items i can not mention here; but i have no proof of this action against me; just a theory. Why else would a company that does grade A work for Ford, the Movie Industry, and other high profile organizations risk hurting their reputation? I just don't get it.

I would not do business with 2 advanced studios nor should anyone in this world. They lie lie lie and i have emails to prove it! If you care to find out more information please feel free to drop me an email; i can provide all of the necessary information.
