Beware of this DVD seller. It is a fraud. I placed my order without checking first if they have a mailing address and phone number. Later I found out there was a foreign transaction fee charge on my Credit Card and knew this company was not operating in the USA. Email them to cancel my order, they did not respond.instead I received a suspicious package from QingDao, China via Express Mail, WITHOUT the sender's address and the content listed "GIFT". I refused to take it and sent back to the post office. Email them again to request a refund, no response either. I finally placed a dispute to the charge on my credit card, later I closed that credit card account to avoid the future trouble from this fraud company.
