Never sent me a PIN Number and charged my Credit Card 2 (two) times!

Hello everyone,

I attempted to order a "Phone Card" from PhoneGangster.com with an American Express Gift Card (Prepaid version of a Credit Card)
I entered my personal information (Credit Card Number, etc) and it showed me the transaction as being "Declined" so I checked the account balance on the American Express website and found that 2 (two)! Charges had been made, Below is more information regarding the charges and the transaction date:

November 09 00:15: 35
-$10.00
November 09 00:14: 26
-$10.00

I contacted customer care, never received any help or information! They never even sent me a Email back! I called American Express and found out that the Gift Cards are considered "Cash" (just like a Postal Money Order) and they can't refund the transaction and they told me to try contacting the merchant (Which of course I did, However no response was ever received from this ripoff calling itself PhoneGangster!)

I DO NOT want to conduct anymore business with this Company (This so called "Company" could be someones basement, garage, or a bedroom) they have no Physical Address and I have obtained the IP Address of the Website Host and "PhoneGangsters" IP Address as well.

All I want them to do is refund my card for the 2 transactions that never went through, I emailed them several times and have never received a response and never got a cent back!

Basically the next step is to contact Interpol, The F.B.I., and several other divisions if this matter is not resolved within Thirty (30) Days of this report.

DO NOT conduct any form of business with PhoneGangster.com!!!
Also, If you notice they have several "other" sites that are exact clones on PhoneGangster! This Company or Individual should be apprehended and this so called "Company" shut down, I'm sure the Internal Revenue Service would also be interested in conduction an Investigation into this Company's fraudulent activity.
