Ripoff dishonest

I won an auction on eBay on July 1st 2006. I paid for the item on July 5th.

After a few days, and as I had not received any confirmation from the seller I wrote an e-mail asking if they had shipped it, I didn't received a reply. During the next weeks I sent several e-mails but none of them were replied.

On July 31st I received an automated e-mail from the seller saying that due to a crash on their system they couldn't complete all the orders they had, so they were going to refund the items. The refund was suposed to be ready two days after that, and in case it wasn't one was supposed to write them and ask.

Two days after that there was no refund on my Credit Card account so I e-mailed them. I've been e-mailing them ever since and no reply, and no refund. More than a month have passed by and still nothing from them. I even sent 5 e-mails on the same day.

Their website is still working, and they still take orders on it. Their eBay account was suspended, though. I only want my money, that's all I want.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away.in this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge.in rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here.

Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure theymake the consumer complaints. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action.
