The Disneyana Exchange
On line collectible broker does not pay

I listed several items for sale through the Disneyana Exchange. I was contacted by the Exchange in February that they had a buyer for a Disney Mini Pinocchio figurine. I shipped my item to the exchange so they could inspect it before collecting money from the buyer and shipping it.in the listing agreement it states that payment should be made to the seller within 4 - 6 weeks.

After waiting this period, I never received payment so I contacted the exchange via email and asked. I was told the check was in the mail. After a week or so goes by and I do not receive the check I contact them again via email to learn that the original buyer's payment did not clear. They told me that another buyer was interested in Japan and that they were waiting on a wire transfer and that i would receive my payment shortly.

Months have gone by and I call and ask about this and am told the check is in the mail, or we mailed that some time ago, when I explain I still have not gotten paid, they say they will check into and get back to me. I never get a returned phone call or reply.

It has now been 7 months and still no payment. I have requested they either send my item back or send me my money and still nothing.
