Extortion and demands for payment for unverified amount

We had plenty of business with Cologuys. We had some spam complaints filed against us and Cologuys asked us to pay international rogue criminal organizations money in order to continue service. Cologuys also demanded payment in excess of $2000 for an unverified cart of services.

Cologuys opted to cancel service on the sameday it was provided knowing the entire time that was their full intetoin. Deliberately billing for services they were going to immediate terminate using their terms of service and aup as a vehicle to get away with such illegal activity.

We made several attempts to right this with Cologuys and they refuse to contact us. Extortion tactics and claiming false debt appears to be something that Cologuys is all well aware of and it should not be tolerated.

We believe we are out an estimated $1500 and are preparing to collect.
