Drzes.com - datahosters.com (no longer around) Frank Deprisco ripped me off of $1500

Frank sold me a site and never delivered as he sold it to another party... He then kept my deposit money $2500... About 6 months later he started making payments back to me and has paid off $1000 of the $1500... I should be lucky to get that but meanwhile he has been selling hosting businesses on ebay making $6500 a sale and yet he says he still can't pay me...
