Frank J. Tingley - Jeep1111 On EBay Complete scam artist, ripped me off for over $900 dollars

This Frank J. Tingley of California sold me a rather nice looking piano from eBay. The actual product that came in mail was ripped, banged around, and warped. Complete garbage.

So Frank J. Tingley says that he made a UPS insurance claim. A few days later, UPS comes and picks up the piano.

He claims that UPS has approved the claim and that he's going to receive the money. However, once 60 day period was over, he stopped all contact.

He's taken off with my $900 and perhaps even the UPS insurance claim. What a riot.
