Medical Billing Company charged me for order that was never approved

On August 12th, i saw a charge of $99.99 on my credit card, that i didnot recognize. I tried calling the phone no provided but no oneanswered. I called my bank and filed a dispute, which is still pending. Meanwhile after trying to call them several times, after a few days, iwas able to finally get through, and the lady who answered, very rudelytold me that the charge was for something that i ordered in March. Itold her that i do not remember ordering anything in March, and shetold me that the order was never completed because my credit card wasrejected. According to them they have been trying to charge me everymonth since march, but it was always rejected, and only in August werethey able to charge me.

This is completely ridiculous, since my card shows transactions everymonth, and if my card was ever rejected then it must be an error fromtheir side. And also how can they charge me after 6 months without eveninforming me? That too when the order never went through? This companyis a fraud, and you can find multiple cases registered against it, andit's owner is NEIL WARDLE. I asked to refund my money since i was notinterested in any program, that too after 6 months but she flatlyrefused, and asked me to file a claim with my credit card company. Itold her to cancel my account and not bill me again. But this month on10th i was again charged $99.99 by them. I have been trying to contactthem, since, but have still not been able to get through, as no oneever answers the phone.

This is a clear fraud since they charged me for an order that wasnever completed. They simply stored my credit card information andwaited for 6 months before they could charge me without informing me.
