ISP Roadrunner ripoff. We've waited 6 weeks for issues to be resolved., Katy

We have been with Time Warner Cable (Roadrunner) for our cable broadband ISP for a year now. The first 8.5 were fabulous. Then in mid April our cable went out. We called, it took them 3 days to get a tech guy out. After changing some lines and our modem we were again connected.

However, since that day we have had frequent (every 2-10 minutes) "request timed out" causing us to not be able to load pages while surfing. Never being able to play online games (mainly DAoC) If we get less than 2 "request timed out" in a row we will just lag horribly in the game or it will just cause slow surfing. HOWEVER, most of the time it is 3 (usually 6 in a row) and it causes pages not to load and us going LD while connected to the game.

This has been going on for 6 WEEKS. I have gotten the run around from TWC so bad I can kiss my own rear on command! They REFUSE to fix the problem. I have heard "miss your complaints have been escalated to the highest priority" more than 3x's. Yet, here we sit, again today waiting for yet another tech guy. Of course, I asked since we were the highest priority then they must be sending a "high level" tech guy... His response. "Miss I am not sure who is being sent out"

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE. If you want customer service AVOID TWC IN HOUSTON! Unless you are content to wait 6 weeks for issues to be resolved. Anyone else in my area experiencing issues?
