I have no more nerves left after 2 years of TWC service - THE ENTIRE COMPANY

I really do not remember a time Time Warner has been capable of doing anything I have asked. All I want is cable and internet to slow uninterrupted as I pay for it. I ask for cable, somehow I get a bill for the entire year of 20120. I ask for an upgrade on roadrunner, a tech comes to take away my cable box. I ask for cancellation of the account, they don't know who I am as my customer information no longer exists. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I have never done business with a company who cannot get it together.
