When I order this program was with the idea to help my dad with some expenses that he had last year and this program look at that time the solution, so I went online and order the CD grant writer pro software on Jun 03rd, I was charged $ 1.99 for S&Hsoon after this I got an email from this website with information and that I have 7 days trial, bla, bla, bla. Before the end of this trail I call customer service which was hard to get someone to answear the phone and I told the person to cancel my membership due to that the cd had not arrival and my dad log once on their website but that the info was not helpfull, so according to this person who I talk to she will be taking care of and cancel my membership.
On July 29th, I spoke with a person name Jordan, she said she was the supervisor and I explain the situation and that I had 2 charges from this company for $39.95 plus a transaction fee of $1.99 she offered at that moment the refund of one month and that she will be talk to her boss in order to do the other charge, she gave me a confirmation number for the cancelation and the refund and said to me to waith for 10 day before the amount will be credit back on my account and this charge was under the name of Fedgrantusa/prograntwriter.com At this moment I did think that all this nightmare was over but to my surprise today I got another charge this time under the name of moneyhelp 888-216-4952 and when I called this number the agent Dusty explained me about this charge and to my surprise is the same company and I explained her again the situation and she said she will cancel the membership and refund the money and she will pass the info to her boss and the confirmation number she gave me was the same number the other agent (Jordan) gabe me so when I told her about this she couldn't explain it to me and just ask for my phone and she said that someone from the company will call me in the next 2 to 3 days, anyway I will wait until them and in the next 3 days I don't herad from them I will do a formal complaint to the state attorney general office. I will keep posted about any issued on this issue that had me all upset.
