Ripoff mislead was placing an order took my cc number then charged membership fee an no order was placed

I went to place an order for medicine (amoxicillan) I put all the information needed and submitted my order, to my surprise instead of getting a confirmation for the order I placed, I had been charged almost $38 for a membership fee and not even placed an order. I have canceled but they refuse to refund the fee that was charged to my cc without me agreeing to become a member.

I have tried to find out who will talk with me regarding this refund and all I get is another story with no name or number as to call to talk with a manager.

Their website is very misleading and I do not think they should be able to put a charge on my cc without my permission.

I gave my cc# for a order not a membership fee.
