Charged my credit card $29.95, I was told $1.95 for S&H. I never rcv'd any info or CD. Two days late on a 14 day free trial

I order a 14 day free trial from www.prograntwriter.com $1.95 for S&H. It took 2 days to get the free address, Then charged me $29.95 after calling to cancel it. I never receved CD. And half of the sites i went to said {The page cannot be found. The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable}
