Went into my account without my permissinon

Went online to apply for a payday advance and was unaware that these companies share your info with several different companies anyways never got a loan. However 3 seperate companies went into my account and took money this particular company took $29.99 i called their 1-800 # and spoke to someone there they gave me a confirmation # as well as a refund code # and said the money would be back in my account in 7-14 days this happened on 07-27-09 and still have not received my money back into my account sure is ironic that these companies claim to protect our idenity and yet there the ones going into our accounts without permission.
