Terrible Customer Service

I'd my first, toughest and last encounter applying Stubhub.com. I requested passes for an approaching Red Sox game at Fenway Park and were able to feel the whole purchase procedure having no understanding the passes were for blocked view seats. Used to donot find out about this till it had been offered within the confirmation mail. I subsequently named their customer support instantly to determine easily might stop the purchase plus they merely declined to assist me whatsoever.

Their customer support supervisor was really brief and unsympathetic towards the problem as well as stated "also poor, itis your problem (that you simply did not notice it)". I had beennot actually being mean or furious towards the individual. These were simply being jerks for no explanation whatsoever. I also stated that I had been prepared to do an exchange for additional seats, however they actually declined to achieve that.
