Online order difficulties

I mistakenly refuted a charge on my credit card from Asknet not realizing it was my Nero 9 order. Well, the credit card company refunded my money and Asknet blacklisted my Nero serial. This I can understand. However, they immediately rebilled me. What they didn't do is revalidate my serial, nor did they offer a replacement. I was finally able to get them via email and they told me they didn't show any order from me and that I would have to repurchase Nero to get a new serial. This is after having attached my invoice and credit card statement showing the rebill to my initial help ticket. I sent it to them a second time and they admitted I'd been charged and would refund my money. A couple of days passed and sure enough the money was refunded to my credit card. This is after I asked them to simply issue me a new serial number. Irritated yet again, I just decided I'd go ahead and place a new order. I found a discount coupon and supplied a previous serial number to qualify for an upgrade (legitimately) and began to process my order. I submitted the order only to have their website stall before confirmation. I never received a download link, a new serial, or any confirmation of my order. I tried to contact them via their support site but I never received a response. Their live chat wouldn't even function. The real kicker of this is that my credit card was charged yet again by this company and I for a second time had nothing to show for it. Furious by now I managed to get someone from Nero on the phone and they admitted I'd been charged and they would contact Asknet to issue me a new serial and download. Well, four hours have passed and nothing has happened. It is supposed to be instant with a credit card purchase.

Needless to say, once this is resolved I will never pay for a Nero product again. Asknet should sink into the abyss never to return and Nero AG better pull their collective heads out and hire a new third party processor or they will get dragged down with these idiots.
