AG Charged for product even though I did not receive and request to cancel ripoff Germany

I was unable to download the product so I emailed them to cancel the order. They said there policy states I have to pay even though I did not receive the product. Why, because I had their download site and serial number. I said, void the serial number so I can not use the product, not interested we will charge you anyway. Very bad customer service.
If you do business with them don't expect refunds for there product if it does not work. Check the rest of the web for complaints against them you will then stay away from Nero.
