Asknet-shops.com purchased nero on line... Don't know how asknet got billing info. Could never download

On May 23 i went online and ordered what i thought was NERO cd burner. I went to NERO site and purchased the burner online and filled out the billing info requested. I don't know how ASKNET.com billed... On my bank statement it is listed as www.ASKNET-SHOPS.com. When i sent email stating that i could not download, i could not get any response or any further details. I was recommended to NERO by my computer service representative... Am just now needing the cd burner and have waited 'til this time to investigage the issue.
