Imobile247 (ebay) Took my money & the product. No response from customer service

I ordered an item on ebay. When those headphones didn't work, they responded and said I could return them. It took me a while to get them to tell me the address to send back. When I sent them back, they didn't claim to have them for many weeks later. They offered a credit, but I didn't want anything else. They never responded again. Even after I said I would take the credit. So now they have my money, and I have nothing.
