While surfing the net with what you think is a good internet firewall ie Macafee this program pops up and takes over saying you have been infected with several virues and trojans which are accessing all your financial and personal information. You lose your abilty to look on the net for any other software to combat this and even what programs you have become disabled.

I was barely able to buy their program and spent over 2 hours waiting on hold with this compamy to get it up and running as you lose the ability to access your email to get the activation code. Once this program is installed you will find that your task manager has been disabled ie control, alt, delete no longer works. This is a business pc and it has never been the same. My IT guy is working on it but says it will take 2-3 weeks for a solution. I used a business debit card for the purchase so can not seek help from the bank.

As soon as I find out how they get around your internet security programs I will purchase one that will keep this from happening. I once had my identity stolen and you know what a nightmare it is to fix everthing. Thats what I am doing now, close the business checking account and starting a new one, change all your passwords, etc. I may just have to get a new pc. I will eventually find out how they did this and let the whole world know how they can avoid the same terrible results.
