Aarrgghh!

(Previously Wire & Instant - Jamaica). After struggling their bad on/off sporadic ADSL online sites I declined to pay for till they set the probs.

After 2 mnths - however not fixed. And so I ceased spending the statement, seeking they resolve the prob. They remove both telephone and web providers and deliver a statement including disconnected month. It gets worse.

Not looking this impact my credit I begin spending it off piece by piece. Subsequently reduced & see, w/e requesting, they reconnect me (by this time around I'd previously changed to CIRCULATION) and make still another statement w/e me understanding.

After 3 future efforts at obtaining completely disconnected (I named, completed their "disconnection type", I called again), they ultimately remove me but nonetheless have this fresh exceptional stability published! Aarrgghh!!
