Crazy Custom Caps
Fraudulent Ways

Internet & Web

I ordered a hat and paid for it. However, when I received the hat and the spelling was wrong. I told them what was wrong and they stated it's my fault. However when I tried to ask for a refund, they stated no because it was my fault. I filed a complaint with PayPal and they refused to even settle it. I then went ahead and read the disclaimer:

Refund Policy.

If a product purchased is defective or not to Buyer's satisfaction, Buyer can return the product in its original condition within 21 days of receipt.in such event, Company shall provide Buyer a credit for other purchases from the Site (less shipping and handling charges incurred). This Section 9 sets forth Buyer's sole and exclusive right to refund.

They then told me it's not their fault, so I am crazy for thinking I'm going to get a refund. I then stated I would take them to court and they called me a "Joke." A supposed "Good" company is calling a customer a "Joke"? Because they want their refund like their disclaimer states they'll give?

Yeah. This company is a joke and needs to be checked into.
