Theft! Didnt issue my purchased software license. Store canceled my order, failed to refund. 3 Days, no software use

I purchased a copy of CyberLink PowerDVD 9 from Shop N Roll due to being downloadable and advertised as usable now.

After downloading, the software was unusable as it requires a License Key to be entered, of which I was never provided.

I immediately emailed requesting my license key. Support replied stating it would take 24 hours. I expressed my displeasure in no use of the software due to their business rules.

After 24 hours, still now license key as promised. I received an email on the 2nd day requesting to know if I wanted to cancel my order for a full refund or if I wanted them to process the order and then give my license key to me in the future. I quickly responded stating they had passed the 24 hour period and I wanted my license key for what I already purchased.

Shopnroll support responded to check their web site for updates on my purchase and to view my account on their web site. I logged-in and saw that the order was clearly marked (in bold BLUE) "Canceled". I did not request my order to be canceled. They did this on their own but my money is gone!

I then emailed again the next day and filed a ticket on their website also asking the problem and why was my order canceled? I also notified I wanted my money back immediately and I refuse to do business with them. They replied again saying my order is now on hold for an answer. They are now asking me again if I want them to cancel the order or process the order and then send you a license key?

I replied stating this was answered on the second day this transaction was being questioned and they are not to be playing games with peoples money like this. I do not want business with them and I do not want anything from them.
I request 5 times to have their business address and phone number for a formal complaint, however, they never responded to any of my requests.

I then noticed that the site they are posting our conversation over this private matter is not even a secure site. ANYONE can view our conversation. Though I want this store exposed, my personal information about the case is still personal to me! I care about my privacy, they obviously do not.

Lastly, they emailed saying my order was processed and my license key is posted on that unsecure site.

I replied last time stating I do not want the key, i want my data protected, i am not using their site and I want my money back, etc.

I have not received any more responses for hours now.

I should now assume my personal matters have been exposed, including my software key (of which I NEVER AUTHORIZED a RE-PURCHASE) is exposed on that site apparently and I still have no usable software and my Money is GONE!

Please, someone, tell me I just didn't get taken to the cleaners on this purchase?
