To whom it may concern i purchased a digital camera, and several small items, they sent my small items to me but my digital camera went to my old address that i have not lived at in over three years, the funny thing is i had gotten the bill with the 23% intrest rate charged and i still did not have the camera, it took almost a month to get. That should have only taken three days for shipping. Y

Yes to get through to someone is horrible. They told me that their was nothing they could do.

So i told them they had better get my camera quick.

They said oh it went to the address on record.

I said to them how come all my other stuff is here but not the camera.

They said thats because that address is still in the system, and when i moved i made it a point to change the address to my current one
