Phone scam saying criminal charges for fraud have been filed against me

I received a call this morning at work from someone claiming to be from the fraud bureau. He had a very heavy accent and was hard to understand but I was able to understand the fact that a criminal complaint was filed against me for fraud for a payday loan that I never even took. He said he had 10 lawyers listening on the line and kept transferring me to various "supervisors" who introduced themselves as "officer" and a last name. They also had heavy accents and were hard to understand. He had my SS #, e-mail, home address, bank account information etc. He said the loan was for $380.00 and the current balance is over $2,000.00 but he will allow me to settle out of court for $590.00. I asked him to send me something showing that I signed for this loan but he said he could only send it to my attorney and recommended I get one because I could go to jail. I told him I would check my records to see if there was a deposit made to my account for the loan in November, the date the loan was supposedly given. He told me I would not be able to send him any proof and that everything would have to be sent to a company called ACS. He gave me a case file number and a call back number of 646-506-9441. I asked where he was calling from and he said New Jersey. When I got home from work I had a voicemail from that company on my home phone number stating they couldn't give me any information on the phone and I have to call them immediately. The phone message at home was left prior to them calling me at work according to the time. I filed a complaint with the FTC and will contact my bank.
