Blue Penguin Sofware (Regzooka Registry Software)
Ripped off, product did not work and i am getting the run around! (not given money back!)

I have been ripped off by blue penguin software, i downloaded their product then i used my credit card (29.95) to purchase the full product, i did everything as suggested (by the company) the product did not work, it was actually supposed to especially remove the particular error that i was having, (thats the way i found the product) it did not!
Now i have emailed them several times (about 10) they say they never charged me, they say that they credited me back the amount, but, my credit card company shows no such credit, i guess you really cant trust anyone these days! Its a shame, i feel as though i probably will not ever buy anything online (in this vein of product) and this is the result of poor business acumen by this company! I will remove this entry as soon as i get my money back, im guessing that it will stay forever at this point, but, i am good for my word, so, this is a challenge to the individual owner, or whoever runs this so called company! I also plan to try and find anyone that has offices near them and annoy them, that will surely give this person (owner) fits, i am good at annoying, i will do what i can to do this, i guess 29.95 might be worth it to him by the time i (and the better business bureau) get through with him! Dh
