Illegal Membership charge

I purchase a film online from HMS films for $3.59 on 6/23/09. A cost was joined on my charge card on 6/25/09 to get a "Regular Account charge of $19.95. Used to do not subscribe to this. After I named the organization they decided to "stop my account" but rejected to get rid of the original $19.95 from my charge card.
