Fraudulent Membership Charges

I purchase a film online from HMS films for $10.14 on 6/19/09. On 07/22/09, I chose to examine the current dealings on my charge card online. I noticed a pending cost to HMS Films for $19.95. I subsequently examined my last month dealings and noticed that not just had I been billed for that films I requested, I had been additionally billed an unauthorized charge of $19.95. After I examined my consideration in the HMS site, I noticed that it had been a regular account charge! Used to do not subscribe to this. After I approached the organization, they stated that the conditions for buying from their store was obviously described about the purchase check-out and that I had a-3 day free "test" interval by which I really could have selected to stop the Account but did not. Consequently they're declining to get rid of the cost from August but like a " courtesy" can give me a credit for that cost for September, since I have'd previously terminated the "Account" recently! I noticed nothing on that site that actually suggested this was a "Account" team and realize that once more I've been cut-down!
