Didn't pay for work done. Ann Harbor Michigan

This guy looks for work on craiglist and contacts you threw e-mail or phone. He gives you a good deal. He tells you how much you will get paid. Yet he does his pay rate based on project completions. So if your a programmer since he will be looking for a new one. He will make a small list and tell you how much you will get paid for it.

However he will add think on the list and will try to make you work more then what you agreed on to get that pay which is low for the amount of work you put in. I currently worked 4 to 6 months without pay and also in those months I worked 2 days at a 24 hour time. He will keep adding more without paying you.

At the end I ended up getting noting for my work and how much time I put into it.

He is currently looking for a python programmer that knows how to use google apps.

He has one website that I already done most of the work. I never got it uploaded due to finding out at the last minute that the previous programmer made the code using googles programming libs and also django libs. He used django admin to load in pages. I found out that you can't since google libs/code will prevent you from using django admin and will force you to use google admin system. So since I ran into this problem their is no way you can get around this unless you rewrite the site to use google admin directly. This means more work.

First off I was not told he uses google servers to host the website and never told me I needed to know python. I made the website changes using html and css. I then had to make modifications to my html code when I found out I had to use google servers and had to use python instead of php.

He is currently looking for a intern so he can finish up his websites and not pay anyone or will pay low compared to the work that was done.

Beware of employer. He will contact you with e-mail and at times with the phone.
Can be pushy on deadlines. Be prepared for such stuff.
