I ordered a lab coat/jacket on 5/28/09. The website stated that it was "In stock". I paid for it, received a confirmation email, and haven't heard from them since. I never received my order. When logging in to "my account" on the site, it still shows my order as "pending". The main number listed on the site is for ordering only. The gals who answer can't check order statuses, they only "take your order". I have left several messages with them but never heard back. The site appears to have a "live chat" for customer support and ordering, but it NEVER works.instead, it re-rerouts you to an email form, that they NEVER reply to. I have sent numerous emails via the email form and also to sales@medicalwearhouse.com. I have never received a response. It's a few days short of a month now and my order still shows to be "pending.

Also, when I placed my order, the UPS shipping table stated that my shipping would be $6.99. When the order was being tallied, they actually charged me $9.99. I really liked the jacket so I just accepted it and ordered it anyway.
There apparently is another site associate with this one, called mystethescope.com. The "customer service" automated system states "mystethescope.com" as the place you are actually calling. I looked at this site carefully prior to ordering from them. The site looks professional and has several "trusted site" and "secure site" symbols on it.

I wrote another email to them today and filed a complaint with the BBB. It's not just that I didn't receive my order... It's also that I can't get a simple response from them about my order.
