Do not purchase from one source supply center

I recently received a phone call from someone named John Marks, from a company named One Source Supply Center based out of CA. During the phone call he told me that someone through our corporate office that helped me get our new printer gave him my name. He was trying to sell me toner / ink for this new printer. He knew everything... Such as my new printers brand and model #. He told me that they sell toner at discounted prices to our company.

Once I received our toner then invoice came a few days later. The invoice was for the amount of $819.00, I called and asked why the cost was so high, and he said that he could adjust the pricing for me a little bit. I then researched what was sent to me and it was only worth $80.99. Needless to say, I called and complained and informed them that I would not be paying the invoice and will be shipping back the toner.

Do not talk to them!
