PayPal supports their fraudulent charges Outside The USA

I've got charged $72.21 US dollars as everybody else scammed by this company. I filed a dispute in PayPal and they denied my dispute. A supervisor in PayPal told me that it was a valid charge and they could do nothing about it. Can you ever trust anybody anymore. I am really disappointed by PayPal to back up this kind of transactions. Even when I explained the supervisor that many people were in the same siyuation, he said he only goes by individual cases. He finally said that only the scammers could give me my money back. Can you believe this? Hellooo
