Unprofessional and bad service

Extremely unprofessional organization. Purchase product and its own absorbed per month to obtain the merchandise. After I contact their customer support to cancell order, consultant assured me of termination but no mail verification. Approached them again plus they hang-up on me as well as prevent my amount and so I cannot contact them again. Meanwhile they nevertheless have my cash and that I don't have any item.
