I requested some pinched pleat curtains (2 sets) $100.00, got the order verification via mail, but 14 days passed, named within the AM & was informed these were on back-order. Their customer support is difficult to obtain a your hands on. I sent e-mail-never got an answer. Tried calling, remaining communications, lastly after 2 hours of non stop redial I acquired a individual & was so upset by that point I ended my purchase. She stated I'd get a contact verification on my stop purchase-never did. I settled by PayPal, assume to obtain my reimbursement in 72 hours-we will have.
