Not bonefide company

I too have had Fraudulent charges made against my debit card by MSI Nutraceuticals of 5218 4th Ave Circle E, Bradenton Florida 34208. I was lucky because the Fraud Dept of my bank spotted the signs and contacted me. Although I am not out of pocket on these transactions. This Company were one of several who put Fraudulent charges against my credit card (the information was stolen from the Internet).

They have also sent me a package of worthless pills.
I have also left messages on their voicemail but no-one ever returns these. I e-mailed the customer support dept with the complaint and received a e-mail back from someone called "Shelley" asking for the information again plus confirmation of the last 4 digits of my credit card, I replied but of course did not provide any card information.

I am still waiting for a reply despite daily reminders.
Anyone who has a problem with this company should go to the Florida Attorney General's Office website take the option Consumer Protection and there you will find an on line complaint form PLEASE FILL IT OUT IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO STOP THIS COMPANY, if the office gets enough complaints something will happen and they will open a case file and investigate.

If I get an answer from MSI Nutraceuticals I will post an update, but I am filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General's Office.
