I knew www.wellsaler.com cos i shop a lot online. I contacted them through live chat available on their website to ask questions about the products and i got a quote for Acer aspire a150 at 245EUROs. I transferred the amount to their bank of china account in shanghai on april 2 and on confirmation i was sent an email and attachment of EMS postage receipt which i acknowledge. When the goods did not arrive after about 2 weeks, I contacted them again and I was told custom detained it and that i have to pay yo release it. I went online to chat and asked where it was detained and I was told in China and immediately i told them that wasn't possible but that if it were so they should get their goods back and refund my money on may 1. They said due to company policy i can only get my money back after a month by western union which i agreed. I contacted them about a week before the agreed date and i was told no problem that my money will be refunded. On June 1 i was told the money would be paid on June 2 that i should check my email. June 2 no email. I contacted the chat line and i was logged off as soon as i mentioned my case and that is what i get every time now. Please stop them from swindling people thank you
