Did not receive goods I won

On May 30 I won two auctions (CHOOSE YOUR REWARD). The computer page said they would email me the REWARD CODES (needed to claim my "REWARD" for both wins. After waiting 2 hrs. I started a "CHAT" with them and was told that ZBIDDY can wait 7 to 10 days before they email me the REWARD CODES. I did not receive them by June 10 so I again used their "CHAT" line and was told by Nancy (customer service rep.) that the REWARD CODES were in the "system" and that I would receive them shortly. It took some time but she finally told me I would receive them by June 14. Well it is now June 16 and the REWARD CODES still have not been sent. I wrote them a note through their "CHAT"line but I doubt if I will hear from them..
