Unlawfully billed me, I did not sign up for internet services with netzero consumer fraud ripoff

Dear Billing Manager:

I am responding to the above reference account in which I have been receiving a monthly bill where I never consented to your service.

Upon contacting your company with the anticipation of obtaining internet services, I was asked by a net-zero representative to give him my mailing address. After I gave the rep my name and mailing address, he then told me that I would have to submit to him a credit card. I told him that since a credit card were to be used to access your services, to please cancel my request.

Little did I know, the dishonest of your representative to make a sale, submitted my personal information to billing. This is a fraudulent practice on behalf of your company and I will write and call my state representative (s) to allow them to know that this form of fraud is going on with Net-Zero.

I did not submit to your company a credit card and this should have been flagged by the billing department that such information wasnt on file with your company. It is quite apparent that this is a practice of your company, because someone should have caught it earlier and a bill should not have been mailed to my resident.

Your company is harboring fraudulent activities and should be looked into immediately. I understand that the internet business is a very competitive market and by signing up people that arent using your services is a terrible way to do business. From this act, I feel that your company is slamming customers and it will be brought to the attention of the consumers.

I ask that a letter resolving this matter be sent to my resident indicating that I am not liable for any services that you are accusing me of having. If you were to research this matter, you will acknowledge that I am not a customer of Net-Zero.
