BestBuy is nothing more than a corporate thief, scamming money for services that are not needed and never rendered.

I bought a laptop from them yesterday and because the only one they had left had their so-called "optimization" on it they charged me an additional $60. My dog could have done a better job. They supposedly removed the junk software that is loaded on new computers these days, installed all the updates required and optimized the computer. They did nothing. (It was so well 'optimized' that the wireless connection couldn't even connect to the internet.) I don't think they even turned on the machine. These guys are nothing but scam artists and crooks. They should be in jail, or in HELL. I have been a long time BestBuy customer, but you can be assured that I will never, never, never spend another dollar there.
