Took $72.21 out of my account without my concent, for membership i didn't know about. Orem Utah

Payed $1.95 for a kit i still haven't recieved and turned around and took $72.21 out of my account on a Sunday, without my concent for a membership i had not authorized, had no idea of them even having a membership or a fee, they stole my money without warning, i feel violated and i'm mad as hell. Please can you help put these rip off people out of business and how can i get my money back, i called and she said she would cancel the membership that i did not no about, but i would have to wright them a letter to get my money back, if they approved it.
