Bad support, bad functionality

After I first started hosting together 7 years back, their item and assistance was ok - then interland.com. However the item has gotten worse and worse through the years. The "functions" seldom function without use spending hours about the telephone with meaningless techsupport people. Webtrends never operates when it's designed to. Continuous Contact hasbeen out for 5 times today. They regularly shut a solution once the issue isn't solved. I dislike web.com and aspire to transfer off them to other people.
