This Compant is a fradulent rip off

I registered on 28 May with this company and decided after reviewing the website (thank God I did after reading of those who waited for the items in the mail before they realized they had been scammed). What I found was useless information that is available on eBays web site for free, nothing of any use. On the 30th I attempted to call the 800 customer support # several times and was immediatly put on hold for over 20min each time before I gave up. I then sent them an email, this is available if you go to www.ebaysuccesssystems.com/members-area / and use the contact us button.

In this e-mail I informed them that I wished to cancel my subscription and that I should see no further charges from them to my credit card. I also informed them that e-mail is time and date recorded so it may be used as a legal record of correspondence. Well they still charged my card on the 31st. Right at 36 hours from the time I signed up.

When I seen this on my on-line statement I immediately tried to call the number provided to the bank for the charge It always gave me a busy signal. Now this was Sunday Any legit business is going to have an answering system and not be busy all day on a Sunday.

That is when I knew for sure that I had been scammed I did a search which brought me to here. I read the report where one gentleman had gotten through but it took him over 30 min, so I decided to call again and stay on the line until someone answered.

Bottom line, The person on the other end did not want to refund the 39.95 until I read him the e-mail that I had sent, to include the date time stamp, and threatened to report them to the BBB and the attorney general for the state of Missouri. After that he claimed that he could cancel my subscription and the charge, since it was still pending, provided me with a confirmation # for all of this. We will see if this happens.

I hope my experience with these people will help others, hopefully before they give them any information. I now know where I can go to check on a company for frauds and rip offs.
