Account Suspended During Active Listing With No Phone Contact

Ebay suspended me for no reason while I had a listing active. They will not respond to emails other than to just state their policy, they will not address specific concerns. There is no phone access. This is pure cowardice. If you're going to suspend someone, at least have the nerve to allow contact.
